I carried Tums around me everywhere during pregnancy #2. Not very creative but it seemed to help me.

Best way to solve that problem is to deliver that darn baby.
Since we are a wee bit too soon for that, I found that sleeping at an upright angle on some pillows at night helped me even during the day.
Grammy says that means baby will lots of hair. She was right on all three of mine. Heck, you’ve seen Abby’s back!
